Minsk authorities have announced the construction of a new road near the capital, which is expected to relieve the MKAD (Minsk Ring Road). According to Vladimir Kukharev , chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee, traffic on the access road to the Kaliadzichy industrial zone is planned to open by the end of 2026.

Currently, the Kaliadzichy industrial hub is actively developing, with about a hundred enterprises already operating there, which leads to heavy truck traffic. Therefore, it became necessary to build a new road that will connect this area with the Hataŭ agro-town.
The new route, approximately 6.3 kilometers long, will have two lanes of traffic and, it is expected, will help not only reduce the load on the ring road but also improve transport logistics in the area.
