Nine-year-old boy poisoned by solvent after drinking it from a cola bottle
The accident occurred on March 24 in the village of Tsimkavichy, Kapyl district.
The boy found a Coca-Cola bottle with a clear liquid in it in an outbuilding at home. Thinking it was water, the boy took several sips. In fact, the bottle contained paint thinner, writes "Minskaya Prauda".
His father took his son to the hospital, where he received the necessary medical care.
The boy is conscious, communicative, and his life is not in danger. After several days of observation, he is planned to be discharged home.
