Ukrainian artist Volodymyr Komarov, one of the most famous participants of the "Maski-show" troupe, has died. He was 61 years old. The artist passed away on March 29 in Odesa. According to his colleagues, the cause was heart failure, writes RBC-Ukraine.

Komarov was well-known as a bright comedic actor. He worked in the pantomime and clownery ensemble "Maski" at the Odesa Philharmonic, performed in the Kyiv variety theater "Sharzh", and from 1989 rejoined "Maski-show", where he became one of the most recognizable artists.

In 2002, he left the group and, together with Oleksiy Agapyan, created the duo "Odekolon" (Eau de Cologne). Later, he founded his own musical and humorous project, combining stage performance with rock-n-roll and blues.
