Belarus has released a gastronomic map of the country. It features more than just potato pancakes.
"Belkartographia" has released a tourist map "Culinary Heritage of Belarus" for lovers of travel and delicious food, writes Blizko.by.
A map with a scale of 1:850,000 shows all the places where you can try this or that gastronomic wonder. The choice of dishes is impressive - from fried loaches to chachocha and pancaka with mushrooms.
Each Belarusian dish has its own region.
The brochure also contains a description of culinary traditions for preparing certain dishes, as well as a complete list of festive food events in different regions of Belarus: from "Gastrofest" and LIDBEER to Cucumber Day in Shklov and the Cherry Festival in Glubokoe.
The novelty costs 14.82 rubles. You can buy it on the official website or in the company's retail store.
