On December 21-22, Alexander Lukashenka will be on a working visit to St. Petersburg. The purposes of the trip are to participate in meetings of the supreme bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States. A meeting with Putin will also take place.

Today, December 21, Lukashenka is participating in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. Among the key topics, according to his press service, are the formation of common markets for oil and petroleum products, the determination of priorities for international activities for the next year, and the development of trade cooperation with external partners of the union.
Tomorrow, December 22, a meeting of CIS country leaders will take place. At it, the year's results will be summarized, and prospects for further integration in the region will be discussed.
The summits are taking place in St. Petersburg.
In addition to the general meetings, a bilateral meeting with Vladimir Putin is planned.
