What will happen to the house in Gomel where gas exploded and a woman died under the debris?

On December 17, in one of the entrances of a ten-story building on Kosareva Street, the ceilings collapsed. The cause was a gas-air mixture explosion in an apartment on the seventh floor.
The upper floors of the entrance are being dismantled. People have been temporarily relocated.
What will happen to the house afterwards? The dismantled entrance will be completely rebuilt, ONT reported. The house will again be ten stories high, just as it was before the tragedy.
"We have planned the installation of a tower crane here. It will be installed within a few days. And after the pre-fabricated panels arrive from the factory, the assembly of the house will begin," says Andrei Baranovsky, Deputy Chairman of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee. —
It is clear that the last house of this series was built in 1992. It's good that there is an archive. The design documentation for this series has been preserved. And, based on these documents, engineers are currently working on the nodes. Because we understand that new connection nodes need to be additionally developed to connect the old structure with the new one."
Residents can move into rental housing, receive compensation, or return to the restored apartments. This includes the payment of the market value of apartments in the dismantled part of the building. There are at least ten of them.
"Beldzyarzhstrakh" (Belarusian State Insurance) is also involved. Material assistance has been provided to three apartment owners who were insured.
It was also previously reported that, depending on the extent of the damage, each family will receive an average of about 100,000 rubles.
