Venezuela's Vice President Delcy Rodriguez is in Russia. This was reported by Reuters, citing four sources.

Her brother, Jorge Rodriguez, head of the National Assembly, is in Caracas.
Earlier the same day, Delcy Rodriguez made an audio appeal on state television, calling for proof that Maduro and his wife Cilia are alive, while Jorge Rodriguez has not appeared in public since the attack.
President Nicolas Maduro and his wife were captured by US forces after an attack on Caracas. CNN reports that the couple was captured in the middle of the night while they were sleeping. Maduro is now being transported to New York, where he will face charges in Manhattan federal court.
