This attack was part of a large-scale strike on the region's energy infrastructure.
Pavlohrad district is a key coal center of Ukraine. The targeted strike on a service bus with workers once again confirms the tactic of the Russian army, aimed at destroying civilian infrastructure and intimidating the peaceful population that ensures the country's vital functions.
