Minsk Resident Throws Bicycle From Balcony and Becomes Suspect in Criminal Case
A woman contacted the Frunzenski District Department of Internal Affairs, reporting the theft of a bicycle from the vestibule of an apartment building.
Police established that a 52-year-old neighbor, previously convicted of property crimes, was involved in the theft.
The bicycle was found under his balcony.
The man heard that the police were questioning residents, got scared, and threw the stolen vehicle from the sixth floor.
