Trial of journalist Pavel Dabravolski to begin on February 27

The man is accused of "treason against the state."

The session is scheduled to take place in the Minsk City Court, writes "Pozirk".

The journalist previously worked for both Belarusian and foreign media. Dabravolski's last place of work in Belarus was the information agency BelaPAN, part of whose employees were declared an "extremist formation" by the KGB in 2021.

Pavel Dabravolski was detained on January 22, 2025. He faces up to 15 years in prison. On August 26, the human rights community recognized the journalist as a political prisoner.
