Suicide committed in Homel pre-trial detention center

After the incident, additional strict restrictions and security measures were introduced in the pre-trial detention center.

A suicide likely occurred in the Homel pre-trial detention center on Knižnaja Street, reports "Shtodzień".

According to unofficial information, the person in question was in a solitary confinement cell (SHIZA - disciplinary isolation cell).

After the incident, additional strict restrictions and security measures were introduced in the pre-trial detention center. This, according to the administration, should prevent similar incidents in the future.
