A new shopping center has opened in Minsk. People gathered even before the opening
The '4 Seasons' shopping center opened in the 'Chyrvony Bor' microdistrict, beyond Kamennaya Gorka. It started operating today at 2:00 PM, but at least a hundred Minsk residents gathered even before the opening, waiting for the doors to open. Realt.by reported about this shopping center and what is already open there.

The '4 Seasons' shopping center opened at Skrypnikova, 47. This is not far from the Minsk Ring Road (MKAD), in the area of Prytytskaha, Adzintsova, and Mazurava streets. It's slightly less than a kilometer from Kamennaya Gorka metro station.

You might not have heard about this shopping center, but its name might still be familiar: there's a residential complex with the same name on Biady street. The developer for both the residential complex and the shopping center is the same — TENKinvest LLC. In addition, the company built the residential complexes 'Aliaksandrau Park' and 'Akvarel', the 'Perekryostak' shopping center, and the 'Tenk' business center.

The shopping center's area is 16 thousand square meters, with a food court, a children's entertainment center, an indoor parking lot for 300 cars, and outdoor parking planned.
The chosen grocery store is not the most anticipated — 'Diyanis'. This is a Polotsk chain of stores — and most of its stores are located in the Vitebsk region — Polotsk, Navapolatsk, Hlybokaye, Vitebsk. Over time, 'Diyanis' began to grow — stores appeared in Grodno, Brest, and Gomel. 'Diyanis' came to Minsk in 2018. The store in the '4 Seasons' shopping center became the eighth in the city.
It cannot be said that the opening of the shopping center was widely advertised online. But a sign on the doors stating that the '4 Seasons' shopping center was to start operating at 2:00 PM on December 16th appeared. And that was enough for the residents of the area to gather here on a weekday afternoon.
Half an hour before the opening, several dozen people were standing at the doors. Later, even by a rough estimate, there were certainly no fewer than a hundred Minsk residents: some were waiting by the doors, some on the steps near the shopping center, and children were on the playground. When the doors opened for everyone who wished to enter, it took several minutes.
For now, there are not many tenants in the shopping center, and announcements about available spaces hang on the facade. Currently, a pet store, a coffee point, a couple of bakery islands, a Wildberries pickup point, and the main tenant — the 'Diyanis' supermarket — are already operating. Today, discounts and activities are promised there in honor of the opening.

For those planning to visit 'Diyanis' today — there are a lot of people there right now. And although all checkouts are operating (both regular and self-service), you will have to stand in queues. The store has a salad bar, a sushi bar, its own culinary section, and a coffee machine. Prices are standard. You can get a discount card. In honor of the opening, there is a face painting station for children.
The store is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
