British authorities have given Roman Abramovich 90 days to allow the use of €2.8 billion, obtained from the sale of "Chelsea", for humanitarian aid to Ukraine, writes BILD.

"My message to Abramovich is clear: the clock is ticking. Fulfill your commitment and pay now," said British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
The Russian oligarch became known as a patron of the London football club "Chelsea". Shortly after Russia's attack on Ukraine, he had to sell the club, and since then billions of euros have remained frozen in a British account.
London insists that the money should go to Ukrainian war victims through a special fund. Abramovich, on the other hand, demands that the funds be transferred to "all war victims," meaning including Russian citizens.
If he maintains this position, Starmer stated, London will sue.
