Residents of Homiel house affected by gas explosion allowed to return home
Residents of the first and second entrances of the multi-storey building in Homiel, which suffered from the explosion, were allowed to return to their apartments. Residents of the sixth entrance of the neighboring building can also return home.

As reported by Homiel City Executive Committee chairman Uladzimir Pryvalau, resettlement was supposed to begin on the evening of December 24 at 18:30. This refers to house No. 3 on Kosarava Street and the sixth entrance of house No. 5 on the same street.
A gas explosion occurred on December 17 in one of the apartments of the third entrance of the ten-storey building. As a result, ceilings collapsed between the seventh and eighth floors. On December 22, during the clearing of debris on the sixth floor, the body of a deceased woman was found.
For the duration of demolition and emergency work, residents of the first and second entrances of the affected house, as well as the sixth entrance of the neighboring building, were temporarily relocated.
