55 thousand cubic meters of snow removed in Minsk over the weekend

Over the weekend, employees of the enterprise worked in an enhanced mode. "An additional shift of people was organized: about 300-350 people worked per shift, which amounts to approximately 700 people per day. About 750-800 units of equipment were also involved per day. This weekend, about 55 thousand cubic meters of snow were removed," he said.
The general director added that 6.3 thousand tons of salt mixtures and 3 thousand tons of sand-salt mixtures were used for treating the roadway.
They are also ready for the next frosts. "At low negative temperatures, snow usually doesn't fall with the intensity observed during these holiday days, so we are preparing to work in a planned mode," said Maxim Belovus, adding that additional forces will be brought in if necessary.
