Changes regarding the vehicle inspection procedure have come into force in Belarus, BELTA reported from UE "Beltekhosmotr".
The adjustments are aimed at reducing bureaucratic barriers and actively developing digital services.
The requirement for mandatory issuance of a permit for a vehicle to participate in road traffic directly at diagnostic stations has been abolished. Car owners are now able to obtain it electronically through the single portal of electronic services "E-Pasluga".
Furthermore, such a document is no longer required for verification by State Automobile Inspectorate employees. Its validity is confirmed through information databases. "Obtaining such a document on paper is becoming irrelevant," the enterprise noted.
The norm requiring the provision of confirmation of payment for administrative procedures has also been excluded. However, the permit for admission is not issued if the service has not been paid for.
"We recommend that both individuals and business entities use the capabilities of ERIP for paying for administrative procedures," the enterprise highlighted.
