Mauritius, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, and beyond: We looked at where pro-government artists and TV hosts fled to escape Belarusian frosts
The idea of escaping somewhere warm this winter is more relevant than ever. We looked at the holiday destinations chosen by Darafeeva and other pro-government stars.

Irina Darafeeva fled Belarusian frosts for Mauritius — almost 9 thousand kilometers from home. "How pleasant it is to plunge again into the bright sunny summer, to feel a true unity with such an unusual wonderful nature, and to rejoice again in the world, in all its diversity and beauty," the artist wrote on social media.
The former deputy swam on a paddleboard in a fantastic turquoise lagoon, posed on black volcanic rocks, and enjoyed giraffes in Casela Park.

Pro-government singer and composer Herman Tsitou, who has recently regularly written panegyrics for Lukashenka and Putin, flew to Goa for a holiday.
It should be noted that India had a good influence on the artist — he finally began to treat his success (or rather, its absence) with irony.
If earlier Herman suffered because the Russian Z-artist Shaman did not want to sing about Putin and Lukashenka with him, now he jokes about his concert. The Belarusian recorded many videos, hoping to advertise his performance in March in Minsk: "I will sing until I am expelled. Tickets are still available because I am not Stas Mikhailov", "I am gathering a full hall (I hope, at least relatives)".

Singers Teo and Volha Ryzhykava, along with their daughter, spent their winter holidays in the Seychelles. They chose the luxurious 5-star Constance Ephelia Resort, located on Mahe Island.
The hotel offers guests both luxury rooms and entire villas. Currently, the cheapest room costs 715 euros per night for 2 adults.

BT channel presenter Maria Bahatyr, who also hosted a marathon in support of Lukashenka, posted photos from Thailand on Instagram. She, along with her husband (former pentathlete Ilya Palazkov, who became a realtor), chose the premium five-star hotel The Marin Phuket in Phuket.

"Miss Belarus 2023" Eleonora Kachalouskaya went on holiday to Sri Lanka with her friends this year, as she dreamed of the ocean. The beauty admired Little Adam's Peak mountain, surfed, took photos on Ambuluwawa Tower, and sunbathed on Hikkaduwa beach.
