Так же, ЕС, заключил такое же соглашение с странами Латинской Америки, чтобы те, не сильно, целовали зад Дони.
Постепенно, из-за подходов Дони, рынок США, для Индии, Африки, Латинской Америки, потеряет свою привлекательность и значимость.
