"Khraptovich's Muravanka" is again for sale with a huge discount, for only 90 rubles
A complex of abandoned farm buildings belonging to the former Khraptovich estate has been put up for auction again.

This is what Muravanka looked like in the mid-19th century
Locally, it is called "Khraptovich's Muravanka". The ruins are located in the Grodno Region and still cannot find an owner. After several failed auctions, the lot is being given away for literally the price of a single trip to the store.
The history of the buildings is interesting. Yaukhim Khraptovich was one of the progressive landowners of his time. Even before the abolition of serfdom, he freed the peasants, gave them education, and taught them how to run a farm. The family had its own estate in the agro-town of Shchorsy, and a kilometer away from it, at the beginning of the 19th century, a farmyard was built, which was named Muravanka. Swiss-style cheese was produced there, an oil mill and a sawmill operated, and horses were bred.

Current state
The buildings are made in the "castle" style characteristic of that time: towers, brick facades, and massive walls. The lot includes two main structures: one of them comprises a veterinary clinic, a calf house, a cowshed, a barn with a fence, totaling 778.9 square meters, while the other is a calf house and a barn, totaling 752.9 square meters. A land plot of 6.3787 hectares is leased for 50 years.
The object is not protected by the state, but the plot has a historical and cultural purpose, so the buyer will have to fulfill certain conditions. Activity on the object must begin no later than 2 years after purchase. Reconstruction should begin no later than 5 years. If the owner decides to turn the ruins into housing, they must do so within 7 years. Use of the plot for residential, administrative, commercial, or other development is available in agreement with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus.
The starting price is just 90 rubles.

Recall that last year the object was attempted to be sold for as much as 297,662 rubles. This is the actual estimated value of the object. The difference is colossal. Nevertheless, if the buyer does not fulfill the conditions presented to them, the difference between the purchase price and the estimated value will have to be returned to the state budget.
