In the Myadzyel district, the building of the former school museum of Narach Secondary School No. 1 has been put up for auction. Information about the sale is posted on the "BUTB-Property" platform.

The building was constructed in 1959. It is single-story, wooden, with an extension. The total area is 58.7 square meters. The walls are made of logs and painted, and the property also includes a fence.
Along with the building, the new owner will receive a land plot with an area of 2.79 ares (hundredths of a hectare). The land will be leased to the auction winner for 40 years. If necessary, the intended use of the plot can be changed — for example, to open a hotel, a catering establishment, a shop, or an administrative institution there.
However, part of the territory is located in the protective zone of power transmission lines, which imposes certain restrictions on land use.
The initial price of the property is 3580 rubles. The auction is scheduled for March 27.
