As noted by the portal "Belorussy i rynok" (Belarusians and the Market), one of the companies of the well-known businessman Aliaksandr Tsentar, who is among the top 5 in Belarus, has invested in the Russian market. Previously, Tsentar had not been observed to be active in the eastern neighbors, prioritizing the EU and Middle Eastern markets.

This refers to the forEVo electric vehicle charging network (operator "ChoperPlus"). It is one of the leaders in this segment in Belarus.
In 2024, the company began to enter the UAE market, and last September opened its first station in Russia – in Balashikha, Moscow Oblast.
For now, however, there is no further promotion of this brand among its neighbors. Unlike in Belarus, where over 15 new forEVo charging stations have appeared in less than two months.
