It follows from the context that Rudy moved to the USA for work.

Andersen Lab, a company with Belarusian roots, where Rudy works, plans to expand its presence in the American market and relocated its coordinator for work with government agencies there.

Before that — at least since spring 2025 — Kiryl Rudy lived and worked for Andersen Labs in Dubai, and also worked part-time at the Dubai business club EurAsiaGulf.

After the end of his ambassadorial tenure in China in January 2020, Kiryl Rudy did not receive appointments within the state apparatus. Attempts to rediscover himself in the banking sector — from the ICO platform Finstore to the Development Bank — were unsuccessful.

It is very likely that at the time of employment at Andersen Labs in early 2024, Kiryl Rudy had been unemployed for a long time (if not counting a part-time position at BSEU).

For Rudy, this is not his first visit to the States — he previously studied economics at Indiana University under the Fulbright program.
