The "Alternative for Germany" party suspected of leaking secret information to Moscow

EU diplomats and some German lawmakers have expressed serious concerns that the far-right party "Alternative for Germany" (AfD) might be transmitting confidential EU documents to Moscow. According to information from Politico, the AfD's access to the EuDoX database, which stores thousands of EU documents, including records of closed ambassador-level meetings, creates a risk of important information leaks.

Lawmakers assert that the AfD has direct ties to the Russian embassy and contacts Russian representatives during trips to Moscow. This includes collecting data through parliamentary inquiries and spreading Russian propaganda narratives. Specifically, those suspected are interested in information about Western arms supplies to Ukraine, anti-drone defense, and what EU authorities know about Russia's activities in the Baltic region.

Because of this, diplomats are increasingly holding closed meetings with limited attendance and employing security measures to protect secret documents. However, the EuDoX system in the Bundestag is relatively open — about 5000 users have access to approximately 25000 documents per year, including those marked "restricted distribution". Experts note that although the documents are not extremely secret, the wide access and the AfD's potential contacts make the system vulnerable to leaks.

In response, the Bundestag administration has taken security measures: some AfD employees have been denied access to parliamentary buildings and IT systems. At the same time, the AfD party itself rejects all accusations and calls them baseless.

А потом их демократичненько отодвинут от выборов и заменят объединенным списком Партии Зеленых, Союза Исламских Общин и партии Мирный Джихад. Ибо демократия, и нечего к ней подпускать разных агентов путина.
