Works are expected to begin already in late March and conclude by September 2026. For this, the plant will allocate more than 1 million 626 thousand rubles (about 540 thousand dollars) from its own funds.

The project envisages a complete replacement of the roof with a metal one, renewal of the wooden battens, repair of the rafter system, replacement of insulation, and installation of lighting in the attic.

The "Gomselmash" Palace of Culture is an important facility for the district: various events are held there, and creative groups operate. The building was opened in 1960 and features a large hall with 420 seats, a small one with 130, and about 15 rooms for clubs and classes.
