The German Federal Ministry of Justice informed "Belpol" that the appeal materials have been transferred to the Federal Criminal Police Office. The agency is conducting an investigation and probing Shynvize's possible involvement in crimes against humanity.

"Belpol" received an official response from the German Ministry of Justice regarding the case of Dzmitry Shynvize — the head of the operational and regime department of penal colony No. 2 in Babruysk, known for his cruelty and involvement in the torture of political prisoners.
For a long time, Shynvize has been living in Germany without any legal consequences.
The appeal materials were transferred to the German Federal Criminal Police Office, which is investigating possible crimes against humanity, the response states.
