GAI warned that due to the ANC, drivers in Minsk will not have peace for two days
The State Automobile Inspectorate (GAI) warned Minsk residents about possible short-term traffic restrictions on December 18 and 19. They are related to the holding of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly on these dates.

According to GAI information, temporary delays in vehicle movement are possible on the central streets and avenues of the capital. This is due to the movement of organized convoys accompanied by GAI vehicles, which ensure the safe delivery of delegates by buses. The inspection noted that they tried to plan the routes to minimize traffic jams.
It is also reported that enhanced control will be exercised over the MKAD (Minsk Ring Road), main city highways, and adjacent streets.
In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs decided to strengthen security measures throughout Minsk. Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Kubrakov ordered to organize round-the-clock security, involve sappers, and internet monitoring groups.
