Ahead of the decisive EU summit in Brussels, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk made a statement: "Now we face a simple choice: either money today, or blood tomorrow."
Earlier forecasts showed that Ukraine could run out of funds for defense as early as the first half of 2026 if Europe, following the US, refuses financial aid, writes Bild.
"This decision must be made by us, and only by ourselves," Tusk continued.
