A Belarusian woman showed a dinner for 1600 rubles in a new Minsk restaurant. People are arguing about prices on social media
On February 15, a TikTok user with the nickname girlswhoeat.by recounted her visit to the "Marmur" restaurant, which operates in the new Waldorf Astoria hotel at 27 Yanka Kupala Street, Minsk.

According to her, she and a small company paid 1600 rubles for dinner. She compared this sum to the average salary in Belarus, Citydog.by writes.
In the video, the blogger specified that out of the total amount, about 1100 rubles went to two steaks: a large T-bone and a Ribeye. In the comments, she added that the T-bone cost 810 rubles, and the Ribeye — 336 rubles.
The order also included bao buns with duck, side dishes, desserts, and drinks. As a compliment, they were brought brioche with butter.
The receipt shown in the video indicates a final amount of 1621 rubles.

In the comments under the video, users expressed surprise at the prices. Both the cost of meat and drinks were striking. There were also ironic remarks about comparing dinner to the average salary in Belarus.
- "600 rubles for one steak? That's strong," wrote user36944310240808.
- "Cola Zero" - 15 rubles. I understand everything, but I don't understand this," vitaly_dilligaf was surprised.
- "Paying 1100 rubles for a charred steak - that's strong," believes user111.
- "Comparing your dinner to the average salary in Belarus is brilliant. The next step is to complain that you're tired of counting money," writes Black_mamba.
- "It's dangerous to make such videos now," thinks Alexander.
