Cyclone Wally V, which formed over the Adriatic Sea, is approaching Belarus. The Homel and Mahilioŭ regions will be most affected by it, writes Telegram channel @nadvorie.

On the morning of February 19, heavy snow, blizzard, and gusty winds are expected in these regions. Air temperature will be around -9…-13°C. According to forecasts, up to 7-10 mm of precipitation may fall in the east of the Mahilioŭ region.
The cyclone will hardly affect the rest of the country — only light snow is possible in places. On the night of February 19, forecasters predict -11…-17°C, and with clearings, up to -21°C. During the day, temperatures will range from -1°C in the west to -10°C in the north of the country.
