Zelenskyy believes peace in Ukraine can be achieved by November

There is a window of opportunity to end Russia's war against Ukraine before the US midterm elections this November. And it is now open. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stated this in an interview with Sky News, writes RBC-Ukraine.
"Now I believe we have a chance. Frankly speaking, what I really think about next year... It depends on these months – whether we will be able to end the war by autumn. Before the important, influential elections in the US. If peace can be achieved, then we have this window of opportunity. Now this window is open," Zelenskyy said.
He noted that the United States is even stronger than they think they are.
"And I really believe that. They really can put pressure on Putin. They can stop this war," the president emphasized.
Zelenskyy also described his relationship with US President Donald Trump as "difficult," but stressed that Ukraine's relations go beyond "personalities."

At the same time, the White House insists on concluding an agreement to end the war in Ukraine by the 250th anniversary of US independence, which will be celebrated on July 4.
Early November was also mentioned, when the US congressional midterm elections will take place, which is important for Trump to show some real results.
If the war in Ukraine does not end by early June, it will surpass the duration of World War I.
