New direct bus services from Minsk to the Lithuanian city of Trakai have been launched. Previously, from the Belarusian capital, one could only reach Vilnius, Kaunas, and their airports, but now another location has become available, reported the press service of the "Atlasby" service.

The routes are organized by the carrier "Vadzhen Trans". Buses will operate twice a day: from Minsk — at 3:00 and 4:20, from Trakai — at 11:00 and 14:35. The journey time is approximately 5.5 hours.
The route passes through Ivye and Voranava in Belarus, and in Lithuania — through Vilnius. Notably, the buses go through the Benyakoni border crossing, which is considered less busy, so there are usually no large queues or delays there.
The ticket price is about 130 rubles, which is roughly comparable to trips to Vilnius.
