Lukashenka's press secretary hosted news on BT before her appointment. In the documentary film "70 years with you! The anniversary of Belarusian television," Eismant recalled how she ended up on Makayonka street.

Natalia Seliun (this is the maiden name of Lukashenka's press secretary) came to BT as a 4th-year student of the Academy of Arts.
"I clearly remember the teleprompter, the scripts, the table itself, and the atmosphere that prevailed. They gave me a text to read — I read it. After that, they absolutely, to put it mildly, calmly and somewhat indifferently said: 'Okay, wait. We have many people who want to work in television, we'll call you,'" Natalia Eismant recalls her casting.
But on the same day, the girl received feedback, not even having time to get home.
"I remember that as I was approaching the bus stop, a call came from an unknown number to my mobile phone. I answered and heard: 'We invite you to start training at Belteleradiocompany tomorrow, to begin an internship, and if all goes well, to sit in the news anchor's chair,'" she said.
With the new job, young actress Natalia Seliun also got a new surname. She took the pseudonym Kirsanova. Initially, the anchor worked on the programs "Business Life" and "Region News," and then was promoted to "Panorama" and "Main Air."
At BT, Seliun-Kirsanova met the young anchor Ivan Eismant. He, a former police captain from Grodno region, came to the casting through the patronage of his sister Hanna, who hosted sports news. Interestingly, Eismant also worked on screen under a pseudonym, changing his surname to Mikhailov. He hosted sports news, as well as programs like "Zone X" or "Spheres of Interest." Currently, Ivan Eismant heads the Belteleradiocompany.
