"Now is not the easiest period for all of us. It can be dark, it can be scary, it can feel like you are alone in this world where aggression and hatred are louder than ever. But it is precisely in such moments that you understand especially clearly: we can be lighthouses for each other. Because lighthouses save from catastrophes and shipwrecks. We must be a living, bright light for each other — in communication, in glances, in voice, in a simple "I'm with you" and "hugs".
Thank you for the kilowatts of warmth and light. For your kindness, for your attention, for your love, and for being there. For believing, like me, that good is greater and good will prevail, for finding the strength within yourselves and bringing good and love into this darkness. Thank you for not letting the light fade.
