«I still can't believe it». Bialystok authorities allocated one of the apartments to former political prisoner Halina Dzerbysh
The authorities of Białystok allocated two apartments from the Social Housing Fund for former Belarusian political prisoners. Pavel Latushka petitioned for this.

One such apartment was allocated to Halina Dzerbysh, who was among the political prisoners released and deported in September 2025. Of the entire group of 51 people, she had the longest sentence: she was accused of attempting to seize power and sentenced to 20 years in prison.
— I was overjoyed, — she describes her reaction to the housing allocation to Most. — I still can't believe it.
Halina Dzerbysh has already received the keys to the apartment and signed the agreement.
She will be able to live in the allocated housing for life, paying only for utilities.
She cannot move in yet: the apartment needs renovations (the Dialog foundation will help with this) and furniture needs to be found.
The woman says the house is not far from the center, and the apartment is on the ground floor.
— You enter — there's a hallway. Further on — a small kitchen and two rooms, — she describes.
Previously, Halina Dzerbysh told Nasha Niva that she lived in a one-room apartment provided by the Dialog foundation. She lived there for two months, paying only for utilities.
