Ukraine attacked a Lukoil oil platform at the Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea with drones, reports the publication "Hromadske".

Sources in the Ukrainian media claim that at least four hits on the platform were recorded, leading to the suspension of oil flow from 20 wells.
The strikes were carried out by a unit of the Security Service of Ukraine.
Ukraine struck an oil production facility in the Caspian Sea for the first time. The exact timing of the attack on the platform is not specified.
The Vladimir Filanovsky field is located in the northern part of the Caspian Sea, 220 kilometers from Astrakhan. The projected oil production level at the field is six million tons per year. This, as noted by Bloomberg, is equivalent to approximately 120 thousand barrels per day.
The extracted products are exported via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
