It is reported that the political prisoners released by the Lukashenka regime on December 13 and expelled to Ukraine will arrive in Warsaw at the Center for Belarusian Solidarity at the address: Oleandrów 6, 00-636 Warszawa.
The exact time of arrival is promised to be announced immediately after crossing the Ukrainian-Polish border.
Preliminary arrival in Warsaw is expected overnight or even in the morning of the next day.
“We appeal to Belarusians, to journalists, and to the entire public to be attentive and cautious. It is important to remember that not everyone has a holiday today: there are still families nearby whose loved ones are still behind bars.
People who are released need time to recover, space without pressure, and respect for personal boundaries. Each of them has the right to decide when and how to talk about what they have experienced.
Our common responsibility is to meet the released with support and human dignity,” Latushka and Zazulinskaya note.
