Daughter of Minister Markau Accused Pavuk of Planning a Series of Telephone Terrorist Attacks During the ABPA
The ONT TV channel aired a report where the daughter of Information Minister Marat Markau, security forces, and the border service talk about the arrest of "another extremist" who, on the orders of blogger Andrei Pavuk, allegedly wanted to organize a whole series of false calls about mining schools and hospitals in Belarus. All this was done to "sow panic among the population during the ABPA" (All-Belarusian People's Assembly). In a comment to "Nasha Niva", Pavuk denies everything: "That's not even my voice, maybe it was made by artificial intelligence?"

The report by presenter Anastasia Markava showed footage of the arrest of Siarhei K., who, starting December 9, tried to buy many Belarusian SIM cards and activate them. It is reported that the man was so desperate that he spread a call for SIM card searches in all possible border and emigrant public chats, and tried to activate one of the SIM cards in a store near the Lida border detachment outpost.
Security forces immediately paid attention to him, the presenter says, but decided not to arrest him right away, but to take him "under close surveillance". This is how they uncovered the entire "combination of destructive forces", namely — Andrei Pavuk.

The report shows footage of the interrogation of the unsuccessful telephone terrorist. However, his face is not shown. Viewers are only told that he was previously convicted of fraud and participation in protests.

It is alleged that Siarhei K., on Andrei Pavuk's instructions, was supposed to organize an entire "farm of fictitious subscribers" for a reward. For this, he also arranged on "Kufar" to purchase a SIM-box.

The main goal, ONT claims, is to destabilize the country during the ABPA by sending fake messages about the mining of schools, hospitals, and other state facilities. The presenter says that in this way, Pavuk might have wanted to atone for his guilt before Lithuanians for the previously demonstrated disrespect for the Lithuanian language and, in general, questioned whether this was an order from the Lithuanian special services.

The report also allegedly shows correspondence between Andrei Pavuk and Siarhei K. It is entirely a collection of voice messages, some of which are played on air.
In a conversation with "Nasha Niva", the blogger immediately dismissed it: "That's not even my voice. Maybe it's artificial intelligence?"
The blogger added that for calls to Belarusian officials and other individuals, which he records and posts on his YouTube channel, he only needs an active e-SIM registered to a Belarusian emigrant with the latter's permission.
"Why would I need someone from Belarus when I have an activated e-SIM? I just go to the border when needed, catch the Life network, and make calls. Not only did I not know what a SIM-box was, but I was also unaware that some ABPA was gathering again. Maybe I really should call someone then? They have a crisis of genre, there's nothing else to scare people with."

Andrei Pavuk emphasized that interaction with people from Belarus is out of the question for him.
"That's out of the question, everything there is bugged. And why isn't my 'performer' shown in the video at all? So they can release him later, I think – it's all just a show. Or maybe it's Markau's revenge – I called him recently, but he was laconic, told me to return to Belarus."
Immediately after the report aired on ONT, Andrei Pavuk again called the Minister of Information.
Overall, the conversation was short (the entire dialogue turned out to be unprintable/obscene):
— Marat, what kind of f*cking bullshit did you release on ONT about Pavuk?
— Pavuk was a fool, so it had to be done. Be well.
Andrei Pavuk also called the police with a request to punish the Minister of Information for creating fakes.
