Trump invited 50 countries, including Russia, Ukraine, China, Poland, and Belarus, to the Gaza Council
The US President has invited a number of world leaders to join his "Gaza Peace Council."

Bloomberg notes that he hopes to advance his 20-point plan aimed at ensuring lasting peace in the region.
The agency compiled the list of countries based on information from informed sources and social media publications. It is noted that the list is not exhaustive — it includes 49 countries and the European Commission:
UAE, Albania, Oman, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Brazil, UK, Hungary, Vietnam, Germany, Greece, Egypt, European Commission, Israel, Indonesia, India, Jordan, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Canada, Qatar, Cyprus, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Paraguay, Portugal, South Korea, Poland, Russia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan
China is not on this list, but AFP reported that Beijing received an invitation.
According to Bloomberg, Trump expects the Peace Council charter to be signed this Thursday at the Davos forum.
On January 16, Trump announced the creation of a Peace Council that will oversee the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip. It later became known that he is requesting a billion dollars from countries that want a permanent seat on it.
