The incident occurred at the Brest checkpoint, through which a 42-year-old man, along with his wife and son, was entering Belarus in two passenger cars.
The customs officer asked to see the goods. First, the Ukrainian's wife reacted sharply, raising her voice and throwing items out of her bags.
Then the man joined in, starting to insult the customs officer.
Despite warnings from customs officers, they did not stop.
The Brest customs office drew up a protocol against the car driver under Part 1 of Art. 24.4 of the Administrative Code. The Moscow District Court of Brest fined the man 20 basic units (900 rubles).
