At the end of October, a conflict occurred in one of Minsk's families. The father was doing homework with his 9-year-old son. But the boy didn't understand everything, the father became very angry and hit him on the back of the head.
The father miscalculated the force of the blow — and the boy hit his face on the book. As a result, a hematoma appeared on his face. Since the child cannot defend his own rights, the deputy prosecutor initiated bringing the man to justice. According to the law, administrative proceedings are not subject to termination even in the case of reconciliation.
As a result, the case went to court. It was heard by the court of the Maskoŭski district of Minsk: the boy's father was sentenced to administrative arrest for 10 days.
