Maksim Syamitska was born on January 8, 1995. He is originally from the Homel region — he studied at School No. 2 in Naroulia, later lived in Mazyr and Kalinkavichy.
During army recruitment, Syamitska joined an elite unit — the guard of honour company, which participates in solemn state-level events. Only tall young men with regular facial features are accepted there. Judging by social networks, Maksim was discharged in 2016.

After the army, Maksim went to work for the police. From July 2016, he served in the Department of Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Syamitska was a police driver in a special battalion, whose service is related to the protection of diplomatic missions. In 2019, he was promoted to the rank of senior police sergeant.
It is not precisely known where he worked recently.
Maksim was last online on VKontakte on February 23, 2025, two weeks after it became known about the hacking of the "Belaruski Hayun" channel's chat.
Maksim Syamitska was sentenced in the Vitsebsk Regional Court under parts 1 and 2 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code ("facilitation of extremist activity"). It appears to be related to the Hayun case.
He was sentenced to "chemistry with direction" (penal servitude) or a penal colony. Syamitska has not returned to social networks.
