This occurred against the backdrop of significant growth in Russian exports: foreign supplies more than doubled in price — to 12 million dollars, and in natural terms reached 10 thousand tons.
China remains the leader in purchases of this oil from Russia, with products worth 5.4 million dollars shipped there. Second place was taken by Chile, which resumed imports for the first time since 2021. Kazakhstan and Turkey also entered the top five.
In addition to oil, Belarus actively purchases flaxseed. By the end of the year, the country became the third largest importer of Russian oilseed flax after China and Belgium. The value of supplies to Belarus amounted to 41 million dollars — more than double last year's figure.
