Relatives of Iran's Supreme Leader were killed amidst massive US and Israeli strikes on the country's capital.
Khamenei himself, according to various reports, has either been evacuated or eliminated. Official Tehran denies his death. It is said that the 86-year-old Khamenei, as during previous strikes in the summer of 2025, is in an operational center and personally directs the conduct of military operations.
In total, according to the Iranian Red Crescent Society, 201 people have allegedly been killed in Iran as a result of US and Israeli strikes. These figures are cited by the Iranian agency Tasnim. According to the same information, another 747 people were injured. Other sources, however, have not yet confirmed these figures.
