In November 2025, a 16-year-old teenager came to Minsk to visit his sister, but never met her. Instead, he drank alcoholic beverages with two young men he barely knew.
At night after the drinking session, the teenager climbed into a closed parking lot on Makaionka Street and began to hit a stranger's car with his feet, hands, bricks, and other objects. Experts counted at least 40 blows.
In addition, he broke parking space number plates and a road sign. After this, the teenager climbed into the car through a broken window and fell asleep inside. He was found there by the car owner along with a security guard.
The total amount of damage was over 24,000 Belarusian rubles. The teenager's parents have already compensated for these losses.
The court found the boy guilty of hooliganism and damage to a car and the organization's property, which led to significant material damage. The teenager was sentenced to one and a half years of restricted liberty without placement in an open-type correctional institution ("house arrest").
