Former Consul of Belarus in Milan became one of the Olympics managers
Retired Belarusian diplomat Kiryl Blintsov, who "left the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before it became fashionable" (as written on his social media), received a managerial position in the directorate of the Winter Olympic Games — he is an operations manager at the main media center.
About his new job, former Consul of Belarus in Milan Kiryl Blintsov announced on his LinkedIn. He said that a new stage of his life has begun — he joined the team of Fundazione Milano Cortina 2026 (organizer of the 2026 Winter Olympic Games) as an operations manager at the main media center.

Blintsov added that from his first day in Italy, he dreamed of joining the organization of a major sporting event, and for the last two months, he had been intensively preparing.
He also noted other sports officials who helped him "open these doors" and thanked them for their trust.
Blintsov started working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the 2010s, was Consul of Belarus in Milan, worked in the directorate of the European Games, and in private companies.
According to "Nashaniva", after the events of 2020, Blintsov does not live in Belarus, but is not connected with opposition movements. On the day of Russia's attack on Ukraine, Kiryl published a yellow field under a blue sky on his Facebook.
