After graduating from high school, the young man entered the Law Faculty of MSU in 2021, specializing in entrepreneurial law. Anastasia Lukashenka also entered the university at the same time.

In the spring of 2024, the couple no longer hid their relationship. In late April 2024, Anastasia Lukashenka organized a trip to Minsk for her colleagues from DSD. Eliseev was also part of the delegation.

Next, Eliseev flew to Minsk during the summer holidays on July 9, 2024 — on the opening day of the "Slavianski Bazaar" in Vitebsk. He spent at least a week in Belarus. This conclusion can be drawn from the photo report of Victoria Aleshko's concert, which took place in Vitebsk on July 14 — Lukashenka's granddaughter and her chosen one were captured in the photo sitting together.

On July 23, 2025, Anastasia Lukashenka and Dmitry Eliseev flew to Minsk from Moscow on the same flight. Dmitry himself booked the tickets through the Belarusian travel agency "Alantur".

A month before that, in June 2025, Anastasia Lukashenka visited Orsk: on June 8, she and Dmitry Eliseev flew from Moscow to her boyfriend's hometown, where his family lives.

Investigators were able to find out that Anastasia Lukashenka's probable husband has a modest "dowry" — a one-room apartment in Moscow, 23 sq. m in the residential complex "Velikaya Ochakovskaya 2", a 20-minute drive from the main building of MSU.

The living space is registered to his mother — Irina Eliseeva. She lives in Orsk and works as deputy dean for educational work at the Orsk Humanitarian-Technological Institute. An individual entrepreneurship (IP) is also registered in her name, through which she provides tutoring services.

What the law graduate currently does is unknown, but he is registered as self-employed with the Russian tax service.
