Apartments in a multi-story building were burning, a dormitory housing internally displaced persons, a hospital, and a maternity hospital were damaged. 14 people sustained injuries, including a pregnant woman and a child.
According to city authorities, a series of explosions occurred in the Industrial district of the city. Enemy Shaheds hit residential buildings.
«According to preliminary information, in the Industrial district, we have a hit on a building and an apartment fire. There is information about another hit on a residential building. In a five-story building, people were trapped as a result of a Shahed hit,» wrote Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
According to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the regional military administration, as of 01:30 AM, two injured women are known to have needed medical assistance.
«A 74-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction as a result of the enemy attack on Kharkiv. A 25-year-old pregnant woman was also injured. SES units and emergency medical teams are working at the sites of the enemy strikes,» he wrote.
