All types of labour pensions will increase in Belarus from February 1, BelTA reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
As the ministry recalled, all types of labour pensions will increase from February 1: old-age pensions, pensions for years of service, disability pensions, and survivor's pensions.
As a result of the recalculation, the amount of the labour pension will increase by an average of 10 percent. Thus, according to preliminary estimates, the average old-age pension will amount to Br1070.
"The annual increase in February 2026 compared to February 2025 will be Br138, or 14.8 percent. The amount of the increase in labour pension for each pensioner will be individual — depending on the length of service and the amount of earnings taken into account when calculating their pension, as well as established surcharges to the basic pension," explained the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, emphasizing that pensions will be recalculated for both non-working and working pensioners.
