Mikhail Palaznik is 34 years old. He is from Mozyr. In 2013-2014, he served in Minsk — apparently, in the signal corps. Mikhail even took part in the official parade on July 3, 2014, for which he was awarded a certificate with a medal and a letter of thanks from Lukashenka, signed by the then Minister of Defense Yury Zhadobin.

Palaznik is passionate about cars. Judging by his social networks, Mikhail is a fan of the Peugeot brand, drove a 308 model, and knew them well. He often helped other car enthusiasts with repair advice, sharing instructions on how to disassemble a panel or fix wiring.

Mikhail was tried under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code ("Facilitating extremist activity"). The exact circumstances of the case are unknown, but this article is often used to prosecute for messages sent to the "Belarusian Hayun" channel's chatbot.
The verdict has already entered into force, and the man is now serving his sentence — most likely, it is "khimiya" (restricted freedom) with assignment to a correctional facility.
