Sergei Silivonik, who was the first deputy general director and chief engineer of Grodno Azot, has moved to work for the Russian corporation Uralchem and became the director of its branch in Berezniki. This was reported on the company's website, as Office Life noted .

Sergei Silivonik was born in 1982. In 2004, he graduated from the Belarusian State Technological University with a specialization in "chemical technology of production and processing of inorganic materials and substances, technology of mineral fertilizers, salts, and alkalis". In 2018, he received an education from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Belarus with a specialization in "Economics and Management at an Industrial Enterprise".
Silivonik began his career at Grodno Azot in 2004. In 2014, he became head of the workshop, and in 2018 — head of the department for the implementation of the nitrogen complex construction. From 2019, he worked as the chief engineer of the enterprise, and from 2021 — as the first deputy general director and chief engineer.
On January 20, 2026, he was appointed head of the "Azot" branch of JSC "UCC "Uralchem"" in Berezniki. In this position, Silivonik will be responsible for operational efficiency, industrial safety, product quality, and the achievement of planned indicators.
Uralchem's branch in Berezniki, Perm Krai, is the sole producer in Russia of higher aliphatic amines, sodium nitrate, and crystalline sodium nitrite. Its main products include ammonium nitrate, technical ammonia, ammonia water, and others. Uralchem is one of the largest global producers and exporters of nitrogen fertilizers.
